Our history and track record highlight our deep experience and strong fundamentals, with thoughtful, strategic
expansion creating cross-platform synergies for our investors.



Founders of HGC started to venture into EB5 investments since 2010. Over the years it has invested close to US$ 3
billion in EB5 transactions alone. From there they built up significant knowledge and relationship in the
US real estate sector. In 2015 they consolidated their resources to establish HGC as a
professional investment management company to further explore the real estate market and to extend
their investment into multifamily and condo development opportunities in the form of both
debt and equity. It later added private equity investments in its portfolio, focusing
in the high technology and consumer sectors.

2022
Launched a single-project fund to invest in
Viper Hotel project located at Beverley Hill,
Los Angeles.
2021
Participated in a USD 35 million round in the
high tech glass project located in Shenzhen,
together with Citic Capital, Tencent, BYD and
Nio Groups.
2023
HGC Translink joint venture company
received formal approval for the launch of its
first QFLP High Tech Fund in China.
2021
Invested Rmb 45 million in three private equity
deals in the discretionary consumer sector.
2021
HGC established a joint venture fund management
company with Silicon Valley based Translink
Group.
2020
Established cooperation with China Merchant
Group to reposition an office building at
Shekou, Shenzhen, with total investment Rmb
1.8 billion.

Launched two debt funds under the HGC
Selected Credits series to finance the Wayland
and Lakeshore projects.

U.S. multifamily sector remains strong in 2018 - REMI Network
Launched the first HGC REISS Fund to start
acquisition of US multifamily apartments.

Launched HGC Selected Credit Series of
funds to target investors interested instable

Embarked on private equity investment with
the first investment of Rmb 40 million in
Jimu ADAS in Wuhan, China
2015
Launched the first property development
fund of US$ 100 million to invest in the
Echelon Seaport mixed condominium project in Boston.

HGC invested US$150 million EB5 finance t0 the largest land development project at
Treasure Island off San Francisco.
2017
Established an inhouse private equity fund with
initial capital of Rmb 200 million.
2016
Established HGC Hong Kong and obtained
investment advisory and asset management
licenses from the HK Securities and Futures
Commission.
2016
Launched three HGC US dollar funds totaling
US$ 300 million for HNW investors with
global capital allocation needs.
2015
Launched HGC's first debt fund of US$ 20
million to finance a multifamily apartment
project in Dallas.

Invested a total of US$ 630 million in
Echelon Seaport, MRW Commercial and
Treasure Island projects.
2014
Invested a total of US$ 660 million in Statlet
Hotel, Metropolis Hotel and Greenland
Apartment projects.

Established cooperation with Los Angeles
based developer Cottonwood to co-invest in
Boston's largest high-end mixed
development project Echelon with total
investment of US$ 1 billion.

The full year invested US$ 680 million of
EB5 capital in The Mark (Seattle), Dexter
Offices (Seattle) and Butler Hotel (Dallas).
2012
Invested US$750 million in a series of EB5
real estate development projects, including Riverview
Apartments (San Jose), Marriot Hotel (Milwalky)
and Holywood Park (LA).
2010
HGC Founders made their first EB5
investment in M&D Shopping Mall
development project in Los Angeles with total
investment of US$ 150 million. 
2014
Working with Texas' largest land
owner/developer Centurion American on the
Statler Hotel rennovation project located in
Dallas, Texas.
2013
Invested US$ 250 million in Seattle's most
significant office project The Mark at Fifth
Avenue, Downtown Seattle.
2012
Established strategic cooperation with San
Francisco based leading real estate
investment group Stockbridge and developer
Wilson Meany to explore real estate
opportunities.
