HGC's multifamily apartments Alta Oxbow is nestled in Wayland, one of the best school districtsin Boston. The construction has been completed in Q3 2022. Prior to the completion, pre-marketing commenced in Q2 2022 to allow for a head start on the leasing which enabled the property to reach 50%occupancy rate in three months after the occupation.

HGC was in partnership with Wood Partner to jointly develop this project in 2021 under the influence of Covid-19. The project was completed one month ahead of the schedule and the actual construction cost incurred was slightly below the budget.

This new community is comprised of 218 apartment homes and desirable amenities including two courtyards with a pool and hot tub, gardening area, club room, fitness center, outdoor fireplace and dining area and grills.
