Kairoi Residential and HGC Investment Management are pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Broadstone City Park, a premier residential property located in Houston. The property was sold by Alliance Residential Co., who had owned it since 2014, according to Yardi Matrix.
Broadstone City Park comprises a total of 308 units, including 201 one-bedroom, 105 two-bedroom, and 2 three-bedroom units, boasting an impressive occupancy rate of 96 percent. Residents enjoy an array of top-notch amenities, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and controlled access, adding to the overall appeal of the property.
Strategically situated at 1640 E. TC Jester Blvd., just four miles northwest of downtown Houston, Broadstone City Park offers residents easy access to major employment centers in the vibrant community of The Heights. As Houston continues to expand, Kairoi Residential plans to leverage this prime location to position the asset competitively and maximize its potential.
This acquisition further bolsters Kairoi's presence in Texas, complementing their existing portfolio of multifamily properties. Earlier this year, Kairoi acquired four assets in San Antonio, three of which are conveniently situated near USAA's headquarters and South Texas Medical Center. The fourth property is located near Lackland Air Force Base, thus expanding Kairoi's Texas footprint to an impressive total of 6,621 multifamily units.
Kairoi Residential and HGC Investment Management are excited about the acquisition of Broadstone City Park and look forward to creating a thriving community for residents while capitalizing on the dynamic growth of Houston.
